Sungkuk Kim, COO of DAEIL SYSTEMS, explained the reasoning behind the HR improvements: “With rapid growth in sales and operating profit, and an anticipated increase in demand for vibration isolation systems, we aimed not only to expand our workforce but also to improve the efficiency and satisfaction of our current employees.” Last year, DAEIL SYSTEMS achieved approximately 7.6 billion KRW in export revenue. Internal data shows a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11% in sales revenue from 2019 to 2023, reflecting a consistent upward trend.

DAEIL SYSTEMS’s “Organization Diagnosis and HR System Improvement Project,” in partnership with a specialized HR consulting firm, aims to boost employee satisfaction, lay the groundwork for performance improvement, and enhance HR management efficiency. The project will start with a detailed assessment of the organization’s current status and HR processes, and designing the  roles, evaluation, and compensation systems to refine the overall HR framework.

Tailored to DAEIL SYSTEMS’s unique role as a manufacturer of vibration isolation systems, the project will help employees work more effectively and receive fair rewards based on their performance. The gradual introduction of a performance-based system is expected to address the needs of the MZ generation, which will be pivotal to the company’s future success. This approach is also anticipated to increase motivation, improve productivity, and support the company’s growth potential.
