Optical Table Supports - DVIO-S Series

 

Table supports used for supporting optical tops are available in choice of Pneumatic lsolation Supports and Rigid Supports.

Pneumatic Isolation Supports

The Pneumatic lsolation Support use pneumatic isolator named air spring as a isolator to remove delicate low frequency vibration from floor which seriously affects precision optical experiments.

Pneumatic Isolator
Pneumatic Isolators consist of an elastomer diaphragm supported on a rigid cylinder of air, air spring chamber, reservoir tanks, etc.
The best pneumatic isolators designed and made by DAEIL provide the durability and the excellent vibration isolation performance. The natural frequency of isolator is very low (1~2Hz). The  reinforced thin-wall rolling diaphragms are only 0.7mm thick.
Damping
Our pneumatic isolator has a special orifice the function of which air flow is restrictions between air chamber and reservoir tanks. As the result is that it reduces the amplification at lower resonant frequency and achieves high damping for gross transient disturbances, such as sudden load changes or bumping the table top.
Auto Levelling system
Air-operated system with three finger adjustable height control vaIves maintains the absolute level of top plate automatically.
Complete System & Self-standing Post System
The complete welded construction with four swivel casters are enables to change layout and transport easily Self-standing posts are convenient for supporting large coupled table systems and provide the maximum flexibility in post positioning with respect to the optical top.
